Rellenong Bangus
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 lb chicketn breast
- 3 cups vinegar
- 1/2 teaspon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Cooking Preparation:
- Add the soy sauce and simmer the mixture, covered for 20 minutes.
- Let the sauce cool, remove the bay leaves and skin the fat from the surface.
- In a large skillet heat the oil over high heat until it hot please make sure it doesn’t burn.
Sautéed the chicken until for 5 minutes or until the chicken is brown.
- In A large kettle combine the chicken, the vinegar, the garlic, the bay leaves, the peppercorns
and 1 cup of water—bring the mixture to a boil and simmer it, covered for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken with tongs to a plate and boil the liquid for 10 minutes or until it is reduced to about 1 cup.
- Transfer the chicken to a rimmed plate; pour the sauce over the chicken. Now the chicken is ready
to be served with warm rice.
